Michelle Leonard

General Manager

I have worked in the industry for almost 15 years starting as a Community Care Worker myself. During this time I have completed qualifications in Community Care, Frontline management and care management.

I believe it is advantageous for all staff to gain frontline experience in front of our clients in an effort to understand “Why we do what we do”. I also work on the ethos that I don’t ask any of our staff to do anything I haven’t or wont do myself!

Outside of work I love spending time with my husband of 30 years, our 6 grown up children and 10 grandchildren and our Aussie Shepherd “Sally”. We live on the Gold Coast so long beach walks and boating are regular events on our weekend itinerary.

Melissa Denholm

Care Manager (Non‑Clinical)

I started out as a Care Worker and moved to a Senior Care Worker within the company – then a vacancy became available for a Care Manager and the rest – they say is history.

I love seeing my clients living in their own homes and being independent. I love being able to keep them living at home for as long as possible.

In my spare time and on the weekends, I am an avid reader, I love the outdoors – hiking/camping – even more now that we have a caravan.

Alexsandra Skelley

Regional Manager

Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Business, Masters of Community Nursing and General Practice (currently studying). Experience in:

  • Clinical Governance, Auditing, and Clinical policy and procedure development.
  • HCP/CHSP/STRC/DVA portfolio management.
  • Recruitment, onboarding, and clinical training.
  • Day-to-day operational management of national clinical teams.
  • National Clinical Forum Presentations.
  • Performance evaluation against key client services, program deficits and health deliverables.
  • Delivery of chronic disease management programs and culturally appropriate services in ATSI communities.

My favourite thing about my role is having the opportunity to work with such an amazing and talented team of care staff who are passionate about promoting healthy ageing to improve the lives of our local communities.

Hassan Foreman

HR Business Partner

I am an American. I had a background in defence work before moving to Australia where I am been working in HR for the past 4 years.

I enjoy helping people. Being in HR enables me to solve problems that ultimately helps our employees and our clients.

My hobbies include, watching American Football.

Kaye Lobegeiger

Rostering

I have been in Aged Care since 1988 starting as a weekend dining room attendant with The Salvos.

I then had the opportunity to increase my skills within all areas in community and residential care, which included lots of extra studies which previous companies had offered me.

My favourite thing about my role is communicating with our clients, then providing care from our carers to assist them in their own homes.

My hobbies include Movies, Musicals and catching up with my friends.

Tamika Croden

Administrator

This is my first administrative role and I absolutely love it. I get to work closely with the elderly community as well as do my admin role.  So it’s the best of both worlds.

In my spare time, I love gardening especially cactus and succulents.

Lourine Singh

Team Leader (Program Administration)

My background and expertise include 10+ years of being in a customer service role in both retail and working in government before moving into the aged care role as an admin.

In this role I now have knowledge in Home Care Packages, Transitional Care, Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and DVA/VHC.

As an Admin Team Leader the best part of this role is having the opportunity to grow with my team and being a mentor to them. It also allows me to play a role in developing solutions and working collaboratively with care managers to bring a smooth experience to our clients.

My hobbies include, reading Agatha Christie’s books and travelling.

Megan Williams

Team Leader

My background has predominantly been in the community sector for the past 13 years in Aged care and NDIS.

I started as a community care worker and have moved into a range of different roles from rostering, coordination, & now as a Team leader. My role aligns with my current studies completing my Bachelor of Business, majoring in HR & Management.

I enjoy supporting the Community care staff in their role and hearing the positive impact that our staff make on clients’ lives.

My hobbies and interests include keeping active, I enjoy the gym, running, coffee dates with friends, hiking and the beach. I also make candles to feed my addiction and usually have one burning when home.
