Michelle Leonard
GROUP MANAGER SERVICE DELIVERY
Michelle started with Sapphire Living in 2009 as a community care worker. Finding a passion for the industry, she upskilled her qualifications and worked her way through various positions in the organisation to now leading the Queensland team.
Michelle recognises the importance of promoting resilience and has an appetite for our team to excel in the sector now and into the future, promoting client centric service delivery across QLD with a focus on maintaining independence, wellness and reablement in all elements of our service delivery.

Trudy O’Donnell
TEAM LEADER (CLIENTS RELATIONS & ROSTERING)
Trudy has a strong background in both the aged care and disability industry, beginning as a care worker before transitioning into scheduling & leadership roles.
Trudy utilises her broad experience to provide support to our client facing teams to ensure an optimal client experience & satisfaction.

Kris McMurdy
Kris has worked in the health and aged care sector for over 10 years, starting as a physiotherapist before completing his MBA and moving into a management role.
Kris has been with Sapphire Living since January 2020 where he has been responsible for both strategic & operational projects in supporting Allied Health, Community, Corporate and Business Development teams.
His goal is to create sustainable business systems to ensure our clients receive the best level of care & service in meeting their goals.

SAPPHIRE LIVING
Anneli provides Human Resources support to Management and Employees across the Sapphire Living Businesses.
Anneli has 17 years’ experience in providing strategic and operational advice across IR, ER, performance management, recruitment and selection and workplace investigations.
Her recent expertise is in Allied Health, Community Healthcare and Aged Care industries. Anneli’s focus has always been on enhancing the employee experience throughout their employment lifecycle.
